On April 30, 2024, Mr. Permsuk Satchapiwat, Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, Research, and Innovation (MHESI), presided over the opening ceremony of a training program on budget disbursement, general subsidies, and the disbursement of funds provided to government agencies. The purpose of the program is to enhance knowledge and understanding, to make participants aware of important precautions in their work, and to reduce discrepancies in budget disbursement practices. The training aims to align the practices of all agencies. The event took place at the Sunandhanusorn Auditorium, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University.
