On March 27, 2567, the Office of Property and Assets held a meeting to draft the Terms of Reference (TOR) for the construction of the Hotel. Operations Center to comply with procurement regulations. The meeting was led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Paranee Srikeaw, Deputy Director of the Administrative Division of the Office of Property and Assets, along with the Head of Office and Department Heads. Assoc. Prof. Suriyan Jansawang from the School of Architecture, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, participated as a committee member in this meeting. The meeting took place at the Suphannikar Room, 2nd Floor, Suan Sunandha Palace Hotel.
