Nam Phrik Long Rua is the royal recipe that well known to Thai people, especially the unique taste – sour, salty and sweet in harmony. It is the original royal dish of Phra Wimadatha Princess Saisawaliphirom Krom Phra Sutta Sininat Piyamaharat Padiwada, the reign of King Rama V.
