The Bureau of Assets and Income at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University Conducts a Site Visit on Kitchen and Food Management in the Hotel Industry
On October 9, 2026, Ajarn Napatsakorn Sapfueangfu, Director of the Bureau of Assets and Income at Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, accompanied by the management team and staff from the Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel business unit, conducted a site visit to study kitchen system design and food management at the Bangkok Marriott Hotel The Surawongse.
The delegation was hosted by Chef Attapol "Chef X" Thaito Thangthong, the hotel’s Executive Chef, who provided expert guidance and insights into kitchen system organization and food management within the hotel industry.
This site visit served as an opportunity to exchange knowledge and best practices, which will be applied to enhance service standards and improve the operational efficiency of the Wang Suan Sunandha Hotel business unit.
