The Hotel Business Division of the Bureau of Assets and Income, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, had the honor of hosting a Royal Thai fine dining banquet for the Porcelain Painting Club of Thailand.
During the event, Mr. Witoon Ruenroeng (Chef Bom), Acting Head of the Hotel Business Division, shared the stories behind the cuisine—explaining the concepts, origins, and unique characteristics of each Royal Thai dish.
Joining him was Ajarn Napatsakorn Sapfuangfu, Director of the Bureau of Assets and Income, who offered insights and exchanged perspectives to further elevate service standards and create a memorable experience for the attendees.
