**Ajarn Napatsakorn Sapfuangfu, Director of the Bureau of Assets and Income**, participated in a training program focused on driving educational quality development toward organizational excellence (EdPEx).
The session covered the topic **“Strategic Management Skills Development and Organizational Performance Measurement using OKRs & EdPEx Results.”** The training aimed to enhance knowledge and skills in strategic management and to foster the application of OKR and EdPEx tools to effectively drive the organization toward its goals.
Held at Cho Kaew Meeting Room, 5th Floor, Building 31, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, Bangkok.
