Booking Open: Graduation Photos (Late Application – Semester 1/2026)
For students submitting late applications for graduation:
Please have a department representative contact us to book a photo session from now until September 11, 2026 (Bangkok-based students only).
Photo Session Schedule:
September 1 – 25, 2026
08:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Academic gown photo service fee: 120 Baht/person.
Location:
Suan Sunandha Photo Shop, Building 34, 1st Floor.

Image File Submission:
You will receive a reply email within 3 days of submission. If you do not receive a reply, please resend the file.
Purchasing Image Files:
Orders can be placed after the photo has been uploaded to the system.
Image file price: 150 Baht.
Preparation Guidelines:
Neat hairstyle; face and both ears must be visible.
Front hair must not cover eyebrows or forehead.
Black hair color only.
Male students must be clean-shaven (no beard or mustache).
No jewelry on the neck or face.
No eyeglasses or contact lenses with patterns or unconventional colors.
Unable to attend on the scheduled dates?
You may have your photo taken at a general studio outside the university and send the image file along with the payment slip to:
