The Office of Property and Revenue, Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University, organized the 2nd Workshop on “Building Knowledge and Understanding of Business Planning in the Modern Era” to enhance knowledge and develop business management capabilities in preparation for the changes in the digital age.

During the activity, participants learned key approaches to driving business, from planning and managing sales channels, building relationships with target customer groups, to online marketing communication to reach new customer segments.
They also analyzed business opportunities and strategies for generating revenue by expanding sales channels and developing customer relationships to create stable and sustainable growth.
