the Royal Consort of His Majesty King
Chulalongkorn, honored by Assistant
Professor Dr. Kamsan Somanawat, Deputy
President for Administration, as the
chairman of the ceremony, organized by
the Office of Arts and Culture at Wat
Ratchathiwat.
