The Office of
Property and Assets organized a cooking
activity for students to learn how to
prepare dishes from Wang Suan Sunandha.
The activity aimed to develop Standard
Operating Procedures (SOP) as part of
the "Kitchen Management in
Restaurant Business" course, under
the Department of Home Economics,
Faculty of Science and Technology. The
course was taught by Assistant Professor
Juthamas Moolwong and included five
standard recipes:
1. Fried
rice with spicy shrimp paste and
accompaniments (Khao Pad Nam Prik Long
Ruea)
2. Fried minced pork
with holy basil (Choo Moo Bai Kra Pao)
3. Pad Thai with fresh shrimp
4. Aromatic Thai beef curry
(Kaeng Ranjuan)
5. Spicy
herbal soup (Tom Jiew)
