Announcement for Academic Gown Collection.

Graduates who ordered academic gowns (all rounds):

- Round 1: February 2-4, 2024

- Round 2: March 22-24, 2024

- Round 3: April 27, 2024

Academic Gown Collection Details:

- Dates: May 18-19, 2024

- Time: 09:00 AM - 04:00 PM (no lunch break)

- Location: Badminton Court, 3rd Floor, Student Development Division, Sports and Health Building (Bangkok)

Collection Conditions:

1. Prepare the Following Documents:

   - Gown Reservation Slip (Blue Slip)

   - Receipt (or screen capture as proof of payment)

   Documents can be presented as photographs or using the student ID for verification.

2. Self-Collection or Representative Collection:

   - Provide documents as mentioned in condition 1.

3. Postal Delivery:

   - Attach the gown reservation slip photo or provide name, student ID, recipient's address, and phone number clearly.

   - Send to email: Chtpn@hotmail.com

   - Wait for confirmation from the staff after sending the information.

4. Missed Collection & Alterations:

   - Contact the Chotiphan Store at Tha Phra Chan by May 31, 2024.

Note:

- After receiving the gown, graduates should try it on immediately. If alterations are needed, return it to the store within the same day.

- Graduates who do not collect or try on the gown at the event can only make alterations within the specified dates.

Dress Code: Smart casual

 - Other graduation-related items can be purchased at the event or the SSRU Closet store.
